Harpers Ferry, WV

Harpers Ferry is a historic community in West Virginia located between the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. The history in Harpers Ferry is more than one event or date it witnessed the first successful application of interchangeable manufacture, John Brown’s attack on slavery, the largest surrender of federal troops during the Civil War, the arrival of the first successful American railroad, and the education of former slaves in one of the earliest integrated schools in the United States. It is a cute little town that is full of history and the view is to die for :)
