So I Was Asked To Be The Maid Of Honor For My Good Friend Stephanie's Wedding, And With That Great Honor Comes Writing A Speech. Well I Don’t Like Writing Speeches Let Alone For A Bunch A People To Watch Me As I Read It. So You Could Say I Was Nervous, But Push Came To Shove And I Wrote It And Read It At The Wedding And I Thought It Was Pretty Good. So Here Was What I Wrote
Hi everyone, I hope everyone is having a great evening. For those of you who don’t know who I’m Kristen Fischer the Maid of Honor, and I can’t let the best man show me up.
When I look at this happy couple, I can’t help but feel happiness for the both of them that they have found each other in life and that there love is the thing of fairytales. I know that their marriage will be long standing; you both have a wonderful adventure ahead of you.
Separately you are both special people but together you are one. Remember nothing is easy, this will be a roller coaster for the both of you, but don’t forget to scream from the peaks, laugh through the up’s and down’s and enjoy every moment you guys have together.
My best wishes for you both, I hope with every moment your love grows stronger, that your blessed with children and that you live life to the fullest.
Please raise your glasses while I toast my good friend Steph and her husband
Take each day and cherish your time together. Love one another and stand together always. Take time to talk to each other. Put your love and your family first, your job and your hobbies second. May your love be like the wind, strong enough to move the clouds but soft enough to never hurt, but always never ending. So here’s to love, laughter and happily ever after. Cheers
